Hi, I’m Liam, a physiotherapist focused on creating online resources and structured programs to help bridge the gap between formal rehabilitation and long-term recovery.
In my experience, many people complete their formal physiotherapy feeling improved, but still without clear direction on how to continue progressing. It’s common to be left wondering what exercises to do, how to safely increase activity, and how to maintain long-term improvements.
This is the gap I aim to address.
Through this platform, I will be creating simple, evidence-informed content and programs designed to guide you through all stages of rehabilitation—to help you to build strength, mobility, and confidence over time.
The focus is on providing clear structure so you know how to progress safely after formal care ends, and how to sustain the improvements you’ve worked hard to achieve.
